We have all been anxiously waiting for June 24th. On this day, the DVD/CD entitled "The Black Parade is Dead" hits stores, online outlets, and other avenues. Starting today, you'll be able to preorder said DVD/CD directly from
theblackparadeisdead.com . It depicts the final "Black Parade" show in all of its arena-rock glory, live from Mexico City this past Fall.
We also decided to include a video of the intimate show we had at New Jersey's legendary club, Maxwells, this past October. We played one of our very first shows on that stage, and it was amazing to be on it once again. These shows were some of the most memorable and fun we've ever had onstage. The kids at the Mexico City show actually overpowered the PA, and their voices were deafening. The Maxwells show was complete pandemonium, and the video captures the feeling of and old school MCR show, the way it was way back when. I want to apologize for the wait, as we wanted to make sure that it was absolutely perfect for your viewing pleasure.
With the pre-order, you are entitled to 3 DRM-free download of select tracks from the Mexico City show (Mama, Dead, and Welcome to the Black Parade). Inside the special edition, you'll find the DVD tucked inside of a collectible pinewood coffin box with our logo burned into the top. Also, inside, you will receive 1 of 5 Day of The Dead-esque masks we each designed. We had a blast designing them, and hope you have a blast wearing them, (or whatever else you choose to do with them). The special edition also contains a "death certificate of authenticity with our signatures printed on it. This edition if extremely limited, so if you want one, pre-order sooner than later.
We are almost finished with our special intimate theater tour and it's been insane. Some of venues we haven't played in many years, and flood my head with fond memories. It's amazing to be able to share with all of our fans old and new.

"Hello to all,

The other day, I was given the new Drive By record by my dear friend Todd Price. For those of you who are unfamiliar, he sings and plays guitar in the band. I had been eagerly awaiting this record quite some time. Their initial release floored me. It's everything about music that I love. Amazing and honest rock songs. Todd has the uncanny knack to write the kind of chorus that I'm jealous. Upon listening to their record "A Delicate Situation" I was knocked on my ass once again, and I expected nothing less. If this band isn't gigantic by the end of the year, then there's no justice in the world.. On april 8th, " A Delicate Situation" in released and I recommend you all make a B line to the record store and grab one. The songs are sure to be ingrained in your skull for quite some time.

happy new year! we had a great party for new years this years. i mean, youtube is pretty big. last year, i had a big party at my house for new years and it was fun too.

today, we start rehearsals again. we have some cool shows coming up in LA and Camden UK so we have to get ready to kick some ass. when we tour, we play all the songs everyday and that's our rehearsal. but when you records and promote a record, you don't play as much, hence the rehearsals. this new year show was a good little taste for us. it was great to get to see your faces, and for real. just to be put on stage and to go out in the crowd after to talk to everyone and hang out. and this is for real.

on a different note, i spent x-mas with my family and got some real good quality time out of it. i also got some rest from the previous touring schedule that we had, and i got caught up on my favorite tv shows. i finished season one of a show called dexter. you can read about it on my official myspace http://www.myspace.com/manofthehourhour. it is a really good show.

Hope you're all good!!! I want to send you some good vibes from HELLsinki, Finland!!!

I am hanging at the studio, getting rid of my hangover, feeling very good! Eero just made us chai...ouh yes!
Pauli is in the recording room playing riff for one of my favourite tracks "The Fight", at least we've been calling it with that name...sounds very interesting and i think it's the fastest song we've ever made.
Our new friend Harry (Sommerdahl, the other produser) is very professional and extremely nice guy, we love to work with him! The only problem is that he understands finnish, so we're not able to talk any bullshit behind his back...hehehehehehe.....
So things are doing good in here! After 2 weeks we will continue recordings in Nashville, Tennessee. That will be interesting!!! Never been there before.
